An estimate of the νe mass from the β-spectrum of tritium in the valine molecule

Abstract The high energy part of the β -spectrum of tritium in the valine molecule (C 5 H 11 NO 2 ) was measured with a high precision by a toroidal β -spectrometer. The results give evidence for a non-zero electron antineutrino mass.
