The invention discloses a biological microalgae photosynthesis reactor and an application method thereof. The biological microalgae photosynthesis reactor comprises a microalgae photosynthesis bioreaction system and a reaction tower, wherein the reaction tower and the microalgae photosynthesis bioreaction system are connected through a circulating liquid delivery pipeline; the microalgae photosynthesis bioreaction system is composed of multiple groups of vertical transparent pipelines connected in series; the top of each group of vertical transparent pipelines is provided with an oxygen discharge device for releasing oxygen gas; and the bottom of each group of vertical transparent pipelines is provided with a carbon dioxide injection port for helping cell division acceleration. Thus, Spirulina can be cultured indoors; the discharge of oxygen gas and the injection of carbon dioxide are facilitated; accelerated cell division is satisfied to achieve the purpose of fast growth; and the inside of the pipeline is less prone to pollution. The biological microalgae photosynthesis reactor is novel in design, is a favorable innovation scheme, and has great market popularization prospects.
