A Search Strategy for Optimal Configuration of Distributed Generation Considering Centroid Mapping and Path Analysis

2012
To optimally configure distribution generations(DGs) in distribution network,at first, according to the thinking of "firstly from the local to the global, then from the global to the local",the power circle is constructed and by means of the concept of centroid in physics the equilibrium point of static moment is searched to configure DGs;then the requirements of nodal voltages of distribution network, which contains multi DGs,are overall considered and by means of the index of nodal voltage fluctuation, the regional correction of the points where DGs connect to distribution network is performed, and it is verified that whether the required voltage constraints within the power circle are met;finally, build the equivalent network of independent DG and calculate active transfer(impact) factor to offer reference for further regional optimal dispatching of DGs.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by calculation results of IEEE 33-bus system.
