Electrical Properties of Graphite Like C_3N_4 under High Pressure

By means of the technique of microcircuit integrated on DAC,the resistances of graphite like C3N4 were in-situ measured under high pressures.At 293 K,the resistance of g-C3N4 decreased sharply at 5 GPa and 11 GPa respectively,which was consistent with the calculated result.And at 77 K,the resistance of g-C3N4 almost unchanged at 5 GPa,but it changed more sharply at 11 GPa.The rapid decrease of the resistance of g-C3N4 at 21 GPa maybe indicate an unknown phase transition.
