Detection Of Signals In Rayleigh Fading Channel With MUSIC Algorithm

This paper concerns on the effects of Rayleigh fading channel on the frequency estimation of sinusoidal signals with Multiple Signals Classification (MUSIC) algorithm. We find out the relationship between the maximum Doppler shift and the frequency estimation offset in frequency-flat Rayleigh fading channel. The proposed method largely reduces the calculation time when dealing with multiple signals as it shares the algorithm with the Direction of Arrival (DOA) estimation that can also be done by MUSIC.
