Rectus abdominis myocutaneous island flap for bridging defect after cystectomy for bladder exstrophy
1982
Abstract A case of adult exstrophy of the bladder was managed with urinary diversion, excision of the bladder, and closure of anterior abdominal defect, using a rectus abdominas myocutaneous island flap. This procedure is recommended as sound in cases in which reconstruction of the bladder is not feasible.
