Сравнительная фармакокинетика препаратов, содержащих клопидогрел и ацетилсалициловую кислоту

Comparative pharmacokinetics study of two combined drugs containing clopidogrel (75 mg) and acetylsalicylic acid (100 mg) was carried out. Quantitative determination of drug concentrations was performed by HPLC with mass-spectrometric detection (HPLC-MS/MS method). Suitable conditions of chromatographic separation, extraction, and quantitative analysis were determined. Main pharmacokinetic parameters ( AUC 0-t , AUC 0 , C max , T max , C max / AUC 0-t ) for both drugs were calculated. At 90% confidence level, the intervals for mean ratios of C max , AUC 0-t , AUC 0- , and C max / AUC 0-t were 91.3 – 106.8%, 95.2 – 111.9%, 93.7 – 111.8%, and 90.2 – 101.4% for clopidogrel and 93.5 – 98.7%, 87.7 – 96.3%, 88.9 – 97.3%. and 99.9 – 109.3% for acetylsalicylic acid, respectively. Based on the obtained results, a conclusion concerning the bioequivalence of drugs was made.
