The Significance of HSP70 Expressed in Rabbit Atherosclerotic Plaques

Objective To study the meaning of HSP70 expressed in rabbit arteries vulnerable plaque.Methods Atherosclerotic rabbit model of vulnerable plaque was established,and plaques in different parts of the expression of HSP70 were detected using immunohistochemical.Results In vulnerable plaque in the arteries rabbits,HSP70 in the fibrous cap region showed high expression of smooth muscle cells.It had the significance difference with the shoulder area,the fat nuclear area and the tunica media vasorum smooth muscle area;Inflammatory cells in the fibrous cap area and the shoulder region showed high expression of HSP70,it had significant differences with the other two areas.Conclusion HSP70 involved in immune response of atherosclerotic plaque formation process,can active inflammatory cells,reduce atherosclerotic plaque stability.
