Method for extraction of gold from iron oxide-class wrapped difficult-to-treat tailing

2015
The present invention provides a method for extraction of gold from iron oxide-class wrapped difficult-to-treat tailing, the iron oxide-class wrapped difficult-to-treat tailing is added with a pretreatment agent and a catalyst, evenly mixed, and heated for reaction to 400-800 DEG C, and heat preservation is performed for 2-5 h so as to destroy the iron oxide-class wrapping of gold; the pretreated material is added with water, stirred, leached and press-filtered to obtain gold-concentrate-enriched filter residue and filtrate, the filter residue is washed with water to neutral; an ore pulp is prepared, and is added with a gold leaching agent and an auxiliary agent, pH is controlled at 10-12, compressed air is continuously blown in, the ore pulp is stirred and leached at 10-40 DEG C for 20-40 h, after stirring adsorption for 6-12 h, the ore pulp is sieved by a screen, and by desorption and recovery of gold carrying carbon on the screen by conventional method, the gold is obtained. The recovery rate of the gold in the tailing is 90-95%, the gold leaching-adsorption rate in the prior art is only 2-5%, the gold in the tailing is recovered, and the pollution of the tailing to the environment is reduced.
