Metrological provisions program for oil-refining and petrochemical industry

In accordance with the plan approved by the USSR Ministry of the Oil-Refining and Petrochemical Industry (Minneftekhimprom) and the USSR State Committee of Standards (Gosstandart) for analyzing the state of measurements in 1973-76, the experts of both organizations analyzed under the scientific and methodic guidance of the All-Union Scientific-Research Institute of Metrology and Standardization (VNIIMS) the state of measurements at the enterprises of all the leading All-Union production associations in the oil-refining and petrochemical industry.
