Dispersion Optimized Few Mode Optical Fiber with Minimized Spatial Overlap

Few mode fibers with minimized spatial overlap and low DGD between the Lp01 and Lp11 is proposed and analyzed. The dispersion of the two guided modes are optimized in S, C and L bands so that the fiber can be used in SDM and WDM applications.
