A puncture injection instrument comprises: a hollow needle body (10) that has one or more projecting parts (12) on a first face of a substrate (11), wherein a through-hole (13) that penetrates from the distal end side of the projecting part (12) to a second face, which is on the opposite side from the first face, of the substrate (11) is formed on each projecting part (12); and an ultrasonic probe (22). The ultrasonic probe (22) is disposed further toward the outside than the region where the one or more projecting parts (12) are formed.
