Avaliação de indicadores econômicos de um Sistema Agroflorestal implantado no sudeste de Roraima Economic indicators to evaluate an Agroforestry System deployed in the southeast of Roraima

2015
The purpose in this research is to avaluate the economic viability of an Agroflorestal System located in Caroebe, southeast of the State of Roraima. The indicators used were Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C)R and Internal Rate of Return (IRR) with an annual 2% interest rate and a 20-year planning horizon. Estimated results for one hectare have shown that the costs with the area preparation totaled R$ 1.720.00, distributed in R$ 1.270,00 with manpower and R$ 450,00 with inputs. The Payment of Family Manpower (PFMP) cost R$ 30,00 (man/day). The NPV found in the AFS totaled R$ 94.770,61, under a R$ 2,50 (B/C)R and a 88% IRR, with capital return invested in, approximately, two years, which demonstrates that the agroflorestal project is economically viable and, as such, recommended to the city. It also guarantees support to the families and commercialization of the produced overplus.
