The invention provides a power module for an electrode package insulating layer, and the power module comprises a chip set, an output electrode, and a plurality of power electrodes. The surface of at least one power electrode is provided with an insulating layer. According to the invention, the electrode surface of the power module is provided with the insulating layer, so any two electrodes are not liable to be connected and the dangers of electrode arcing and module burning cannot be caused, thereby improving the use safety of the module.
