Constituents of the Leaves of Thevetia neriifolia

A new pentacyclic triterpene 1 has been isolated from the fresh, uncrushed leaves of Thevetia neriifolia along with a cardenolide, 3β-0-(α-L-thevetose)-3β, 14β-dihydroxy- 14(13→12)-abeo-5β,12β,14β-carda-13(18),20(22)-dienolide [2].
