Change detection of earthquake-damaged buildings on remote sensing image and its application in seismic disaster assessment

A change detection method of remote sensing images obtained before and after an earthquake is introduced, with several examples of damaged areas. The change of image grey level and structure is detected, and then the building damage is estimated.
