Quality in Education has become the very aim of the Malaysian Ministry of Education in supporting the development of the younger generations. With this goal, teachers are seen as important in making sure that certain standard of education is achieved. Teacher's attitude, personality and work value are emphasized as important factors that influence their performance. However referred to Post Mortem Reported by Practicurn Committee of the faculty, there are negative response receives from the host teacher called as supervisors at the institutions from where these trainees doing their teaching practicum. Thus, this study have been conducted to investigate the attitude, personality and work value shown by the trainees while their teaching training from the perspectives of the supervisor (host teacher) and supervisor (lecturer). This research was conducted at technical schools where the students were training. Descriptive anaIysis was used to calculate the mean. The sample consisted of 71 supervisors that were responsible in guiding and heIping the trainee during teaching training. Questionnaires with Likert scale were used to obtain data. Overall, the studies reveal that teacher trainees' personality and work value tend to be positive when doing their teaching training meanwhile this research finds out the attitude of the teacher trainees at the moderate level. However, a few problems that took place during teaching training are identified.
