Hepatic abscess secondary to gastric perforation

A 60-year-old woman with lumbar spinal stenosis presented to the emergency department with 2-day history of shivering and worsened lumbar pain. Apart from fever physical examination was unremarkable. Routine blood tests revealed elevated inflammatory parameters but chest radiography and abdominal
