This Bachelor Degree Thesis is dedicated to the theme of "prevention of social pathological effects in conditions of municipal police". It is closely devoted to basic introducing into problems and definition of the essential terms. It describes currently used system of prevention of social pathological effects and criminality on state level and on The City of Prague level. It closely presents the task of The Municipal police of The Capital of Prague in the prevention area, origin, task and self activity of The section of criminality of The municipal police of The Capital of Prague.
