Organic light emitting display device and mother substrate of the same and fabricating method thereof

An organic light emitting display device, a mother substrate thereof, and a method for fabricating the same are provided to secure stability of first and second wiring groups by performing an array test when the first and second wiring groups are not connected to organic light emitting display device panels. A mother substrate(100) of an organic light emitting display device includes a plurality of organic light emitting display device panels(110), first and second wiring groups(120,130), and a plurality of connection wirings. The organic light emitting display device panels are arranged in a matrix pattern. The first wiring group is formed in peripheral regions of the organic light emitting display device panels in a first direction and includes a plurality of wirings which receive test power or signal from the outside. The second wiring group is formed in the peripheral regions of the organic light emitting display device panels in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction and includes a plurality of wirings which receive test power or signal from the outside. The plurality of connection wirings electrically connect the organic light emitting display device panels to the first and second wiring groups.
