The invention relates to a self-locking universal nail and belongs to the field of medical apparatus and instruments. The self-locking universal nail comprises a bulb nail body (1), a first pressing block (2), a second pressing block (3), a connector (4), an inner plug screw (5), an outer plug screw (6) and a gasket (7). The connector (4) is internally hollow, the bulb nail body (1) is set to move on the lower portion of the connector (4), the first pressing block (2) and the second pressing block (3) are arranged on the outer side of the nail head of the bulb mail body (1) and form encircling force on the bulb nail body (1), the gasket (7) makes the first pressing block (2) and the second pressing block (3) press the bulb nail body (1), the bulb nail body (1) is fixed to the connector (4), the outer plug screw (6) is set to move at the upper end of the connector, and the inner plug screw (5) is set to move in the outer plug screw (6).
