PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device capable of enhancing heat conduction efficiency furthermore.SOLUTION: A light source device 3 includes a light-emitting diode chip 10 having a luminous layer 14 for emitting light by electrification, an electrode 18 on the luminous layer side, and an electrode 17 on the non-luminous layer side, and a base metal member 20 to which the light-emitting diode chip 10 is fixed. On a surface 20c of the base metal member 20, a wiring pattern 22 to be bonded electrically to the electrode 17 on the non-luminous layer side is formed, and an insulation layer 24 having a wiring pattern 23 to be bonded electrically to the electrode 17 on the non-luminous layer side is formed.
