The role and importance of non-traditional physical and chemical technologies in science-filled technique production are shown in this paper. The main directions of such technologies and its equipment development are formulized. The basic spheres of the application of electroerrosion, electrochemical and laser machining in the engine production are presented. Efficiency of such technologies using in order to solve new technological problems connected with stock removal nearby 1…30 μm in depth and surface roughness parameter less than Ra = 0,2…0,4 μm.
