The stages of differential diagnostics of oral hyperesthesia are described including the following: taking medical history of the disease, estimating the quality of available dentures, making potentiometric measurements of metallic inclusions in oral cavity, allergy testing, taking mycological examination of oral cavity, measuring lower face height, analyzing diagnostic findings of patients with somatic diseases. Recommendations on treatment and filling are given. Diagnostic findings of 279 patients at the age of 25-75 were analyzed.
