The invention relates to a half structure type high voltage wireless data acquisition device which comprises a half structure type low voltage current transformer, a power I/V voltage-stabilized power supply unit, a measurement unit and a wireless transmission unit, wherein the current transformer converts the current of a medium-high-voltage power grid circuit into two output paths: one path is open circuit output which serves as the input of the power I/V voltage-stabilized power supply unit, and the other path serves as the input sampling signal of the current measurement unit; the power I/V voltage-stabilized power supply unit converts the open circuit output voltage of the half structure type low voltage current transformer into the power supply for the operation of the entire device; the measurement unit conducts A/D conversion of the sampling current outputted from the half structure type low voltage current transformer and generates current, power and other parameter data; and the wireless transmission unit realizes wireless data exchange with peripheral equipment. The device is directly installed in a medium-high-voltage power grid circuit or a distribution transformer to realize power grid parameter measurement and acquisition and information transmission, dispenses with an external power supply, and conducts wireless data transmission.
