The invention discloses a method for preventing and treating fragrant pear rot, a biological preparation thereof and a production method of the biological preparation; the biological preparation comprises stock solution formed by fermenting animal faeces and a microbial compound fertilizer; and the microbial compound fertilizer is mainly prepared from a microbial photosynthetic bactericide, a microbial bactericide, a trace element agent and a plant conditioner. Compared with the prior art, by means of the synergistic effects of the plurality of microbial bactericides, soil is activated; a soil hardening structure is improved; application of single chemical fertilizer is reduced; the bactericides are used in combination with the plant conditioner, so that plants are in the best growth state; furthermore, freezing damage is prevented easily; particularly, the added photosynthetic bactericide is capable of promoting plant photosynthesis and increasing immunity; the yield and the quality of fruits can be effectively increased; compared with application of a common chemical fertilizer, after the biological preparation disclosed by the invention is applied to Korla fragrant pears, the rot morbidity is reduced by 70%, and the rot cure rate can achieve 85%.
