The present invention enables a change in the specification of a connector to be easily addressed, and achieves improved ease of assembly and cost reduction as well as size reduction by adopting a simple configuration for the connector and the periphery thereof. A connector structure (50, 500) that is connected with a housing (43, 430) to constitute a control unit (1) has a connector main body in which a connector (44, 44c) is formed, terminals (50a-50d, 44d) including power supply system and signal system terminals, and a component mounting unit (44a) including a capacitor (C1, C2) and/or a coil (CL). The component mounting unit (44a) is parallel with a motor output shaft (23) and is disposed outside a motor (2) or the housing (43, 430), and the capacitor (C1, C2) and/or the coil (CL) included in the component mounting unit (44a) is directly and electrically connected with the connector (44) of the connector main body through the terminals (50a-50d).
