The invention relates to a building water supply PVC-U pipe fitting and a production method thereof. The building water supply PVC-U pipe fitting is prepared from, 100 parts of PVC resin (S-700), 2 parts of OM-710S, 3 parts of ESO, 3 parts of ACR-401, 7 parts of CPE-135A, 6 parts of CaCO3, 1.5 parts of titanium dioxide, and 0.5 part of ZB-60. The production method comprises steps of material preparation, kneading, granulation, injection moulding, finishing, and product storage. The building water supply PVC-U pipe fitting obtained via the production method possesses excellent low temperature toughness, rigidity, circular rigidity, and creep resistance; gravity deformation is not caused in long term using; product service life is prolonged; and it is beneficial for large-scale popularization.
