The invention relates to a surface structure regulation, control and preparation method of a metallic nanocatalyst, relating to a metallic nanocatalyst. The invention provides a surface structure regulation, control and preparation system of a metallic nanocatalyst, a metallic nanocatalyst with an open surface structure and a surface structure regulation, control and preparation method, wherein the system comprises a nucleation electrolytic cell, a partition valve and at least two growth electrolytic cell; both the two ends of the partition valve are connected with the output end of the nucleation electrolytic cell and the input end of the growth electrolytic cell; the metallic nanocatalyst with the open surface structure is a single metallic nano-scale crystal, and the surface has high-density step atoms or active sites; precursor body reaction liquid is injected into the nucleation electrolytic cell; nucleation program potentials are added to a pair of electrodes of the nucleation electrolytic cell to form nucleation reaction fluid of metallic crystal nucleus; the nucleation reaction fluid is transmitted to the growth electrolytic cell through the partition valve; growth programpotentials are added to a pair of electrodes of the growth electrolytic cell to form the metallic nano-scale crystal with the open surface structure; and the growth time is controlled to obtain reaction fluid and the products are collected by centrifuging.
