结直肠癌组织VEGF、COX-2及HIF-1α表达及意义

2007
Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF, COX-2, and HIF-1α in colorectal carcinoma and discuss the corresponding clinical significance. Methods The expressions of VEGF, COX-2 and HIF-1α were detected by immunohistochemistry in 78 cases of colorectal carcinoma. Results The expression rates of VEGF. COX-2, and HIF-1α were 75.6%, 70.5% and 69.2%, respectively, which were correlated with the malignancy of the tumor. The expression rates of COX-2 and HIF la were positively correlated with the expression of VEGF (r=0.288, 0.463; P<0.05, 0.01). Conclusion VEGF, COX-2 and HIF-1α play a role in the pathogenesis of colorectal carcinoma. Detecting the expression of VEGF, COX-2, and HIF-1α is helpful to estimate the clinical stages of the disease.
