Effect of Different Cultivation Methods on the Occurrence of Processing Tomato Diseases

2012
Local processing tomatoes in Bayannur city of Inner Mongolia were used as test materials, used of coated and ridging, drip irrigation, scaffolding and other cultivation methods, the impact of different cultivation ways of processing tomato on the disease occurrence were investigated. The results showed that coated and ridging, drip irrigation and scaffolding were significantly reduced disease incidence, processing tomato production by the non-coated and non-ridging were 6 600.0 kg/667m2,and add 7 333.3 kg/667m2 by coated and ridging;yield by drip irrigation increased 15.8% than the Yellow River gravity irrigation, and yield increased 19.1% by scaffolding cultivation than non-scaffolding.The results of survey indicated that coated and ridging, drip irrigation, scaffolding could reduce the occurrence of disease, and had effect on increasing yield.
