Method for extracting, rectifying and separating methylene dichloride, ethanol and ethyl acetate

2011
The invention relates to a method for extracting, rectifying and separating methylene dichloride, ethanol and ethyl acetate. The method comprises the following steps of: adding a feed solution containing methylene dichloride, ethanol, ethyl acetate and water from the middle part of a first rectifying tower, feeding under the normal pressure, adding water serving as an extracting agent from the upper half part of the first rectifying tower in the ratio of 1:3 between the water serving as the extracting agent and the feed solution at the temperature of 20-35 DEG C, maintaining the tower top temperature at 38-40 DEG C, maintaining the tower bottom temperature at 70-75 DEG C, operating under the normal pressure, and extracting methylene dichloride from the tower top of the first rectifying tower; and feeding a tower bottom residual of the first rectifying tower from the middle lower part of a second rectifying tower, operating under the normal pressure under the condition that the reflux ratio is 1:3, the tower top temperature is 70-72 DEG C and the tower bottle temperature is 75-85 DEG C, and extracting ethyl acetate from the tower top of the second rectifying tower. In the method, cheap and pollution-free water is taken as an extracting agent, so that a mixed solution of methylene dichloride, ethanol, ethyl acetate and water can be separated effectively, and 98.4 percent methylene dichloride and 94 percent ethyl acetate are obtained.
