The objective of the work went study the profile of the beekeepers sergipanos. The research was accomplished year of 2007. They were applied 180 questionnaires structured with 15 subjects, evaluating 36% of the beekeepers' total, with margin of mistake amostral of 6%. The beekeepers interviewees see the beekeeping as a complement of its income, disponibilized little time for this activity. The standardization need exists in the beekeeping sergipana, what can commit the quality than it is produced.
