The article is devoted to the research of solvency as a key condition for ensuring the economic security of an enterprise. The paper provides a methodological support for assessing the severity of the crisis in the field of solvency, proposes an indicative system for assessing the severity of the crisis in the study area and conducts its approbation , as a result of which real threats to economic security are identified.
