The utility model discloses a combined ultrasonic impact and electrical spark processing device which comprises a static pressure application device, an ultrasonic generator, an electrical spark power supply, an ultrasonic impact gun and an impact part, wherein the static pressure application device is connected with the ultrasonic impact gun; the ultrasonic generator is connected with the ultrasonic impact gun; the impact part is arranged at the front end of the ultrasonic impact gun; the electrical spark power supply is connected with the impact part and a workpiece respectively. During combined processing, an impact process and an electrical spark discharge process are alternatively carried out at a high speed. In an implementation process of the combined processing device, the surface of the workpiece is subjected to plastic deformation through the ultrasonic impact process, the workpiece and the impact part locally generate instant high temperature through the electrical spark discharge process, and a short-time melting state is formed, so that the surface of a base body reacts with a working medium or elements in the impact part to obtain a surface membrane closely and metallurgically bonded with the base body, the residual compressive stress with the gradient change in the depth direction is formed, and the grain refining effect is achieved; equipment needed in the process is simple in structure and low in power consumption and pollution.
