Multicultural universities in Russia and their competitiveness

The article discusses a range of problems associated with multicultural education and multicultural universities (for example, the State Polar Academy), analyzes the key features and capabilities of multicultural higher educational institutions that increase their competitiveness in the framework of the Bologna process.
