The invention provides an inertia measurement unit of a single-shaft servo continuous clinometer and belongs to the technical field of oil drilling inertia measurement. The measurement unit comprises a protection assembly, an inertia assembly, a rotary mechanism and a circuit module, wherein the protection assembly comprises a protection shell lower end cover, a protection shell and a transition short section; the inertia assembly comprise a first fiber-optic gyroscope, a second fiber-optic gyroscope, a first accelerometer and a second accelerometer; the rotary mechanism comprises a rotary transformer, a direct current servo motor, a rotary framework and an angular contact ball bearing; and the circuit module comprises a data acquisition unit and an electric conduction slip ring. The inertia measurement unit is suitable for the single-shaft servo continuous clinometer, the direct current servo motor drives the rotary framework, motor servo control in the direction of the sensitive axis of the first fiber-optic gyroscope can be achieved, gyroscope drift caused by continuous rotation of the working face in the actual work is reduced, the one-time measurement time is prolonged, and accordingly the measurement efficiency is improved.
