The packing structure comprises a shell capable of being opened and closed, a liquid packing bin, functional liquid and liquid carrying sheet materials. The liquid packing bin comprises a bin body and a bin cover. The bin cover comprises a body and a pulling strip. The body is fixedly connected with the bin body. The pulling strip is connected with the body. The bin body, the bin cover body and part of the pulling strip of the liquid packing bin are located on the lower portion of the interior of the shell capable of being opened and closed. A strip-shaped through hole is formed in the covering position of the shell capable of being opened and closed. The remaining part of the pulling strip extends out of the shell capable of being opened and closed through the strip-shaped through hole. The liquid packing bin is filled with the functional liquid. The liquid carrying sheet materials are located in the shell capable of being opened and closed and located on the upper portion of the bin cover. The pulling type double-bin packing structure has the beneficial effects that independent packing of the liquid carrying sheet materials and the functional liquid can be realized, and the antimicrobial effect of wettable sheet materials can be achieved without adding preservatives.
