Aesthetic resin composition having metal appearance and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to an aesthetic resin composition having a metal appearance and a preparation method thereof. The aesthetic resin composition comprises: by weight, 100 parts of one or more matrix resins, 0.2 to 5.0 parts of one or more amphiphilic polymers, 0.1 to 4.0 parts of one or more metal pigments, 0.1 to 4.0 parts of pearlescent pigments, 0.1 to 2.0 parts of one or more lubricants and 0.1 to 1.0 part of anti-oxidants. The preparation method comprises the following steps of stirring the raw materials in a high-speed mixer for mixing, feeding the mixture into a double screw extruder, carrying out conveying, shearing and mixing by screws so that the raw materials are melted and compounded, and carrying out extrusion, bar-drawing, cooling and granule-cutting to obtain the aesthetic resin composition having a metal appearance. Compared with the prior art, the aesthetic resin composition solves the problems of surface pitting and color spots caused by adverse dispersion and infiltration of metal pigments in matrix resins, and can be directly molded by injection molding, extrusion and blow molding.
