Transurethral resection treatment of female bladder neck obstruction in 35 case

Objective To evaluate the methods of diagnosis and treatment of female bladder neck obstruction. methods 35 case of female badder neck obstruction were reviewed. Results All cases were successfuly treated by transurethral resection of the psoterior lip of bladder neck. No incontinecence of urine and fistula were noticed. Conclusions Transurethral resectionof posterior lip of bladder neck is the best therapeutic option in the treatment of female bladder neck obstruction.
