On Informationization of University Archives Administration

The status quo of informationization of university archives administration and the existing problems in this respect are discussed. The inspirations of the devolvement model of digital archives in foreign countries are expounded. The principles for the informationization of university archives administration are also proposed. Several corresponding measures are put forward,namely to innovate the management methods,construct the informationization mode,strengthen the archivist training and ensure the safety of electronic files.
