12505 - Avaliação dos resultados de experiências agroecológicas em adubação orgânica e adubação verde na Zona da Mata de Minas Gerais Evaluation of results of agroecological experiments with organic manure and green manure in the Zona da Mata of Minas Gerais

The spread and availability of agroecological technologies and processes to increase the sustainability of the family farming coffee production at the municipalities of Araponga and Sao Miguel do Anta in Minas Gerais, are the goals of extension projects developed in communities of these counties conducted by the Federal University of Vicosa, in partnership with Emater-MG and local entities of family farms. The objective of this work is to present and assess experiences on green manure and organic fertilizer developed by these projects, from July 2010 to August 2011, they acted in nineteen properties of the municipalities mentioned. The experiments were carried out by farmers and supervised by the technical team, in units of participatory experimentation, where the results of chemical analysis allowed them to assess an increase of fertility and soil conditions in these units, as well as validating the use of these agroecological practices by farmers.
