Сетевая модель взаимодействия вузов как механизм повышения эффективности подготовки инновационных кадров

The article explores the multi-level networking model for preparing innovators in priority areas of science, machinery and high technologies. It draws a comparison of a networking model with OSI basic reference model. Mechanisms to improve efficacy and quality of scientific and academic processes on various levels of a networking model are analysed on the basis of established links and best practices of implementation of educational programmes and research projects at Perm National Research Polytechnic University.
