The invention provides a making method for a cementing material special for commercial concrete. According to a technical scheme, the material formula for making the cementing material special for commercial concrete involves: cement clinker, desulfurized gypsum, and a composite mineral admixture. In terms of the weight ratio of the material formula, the cementing material comprises: 20-30% of the cement clinker, 4-6% of the desulfurized gypsum, and 64-76% of the composite mineral admixture.
