Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang diukur dengan metode BSQ ( Bank Service Quality ) (2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang diukur dengan metode BSQ ( Bank Service Quality ) (3) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang diukur dengan metode BSQ ( Bank Service Quality ) (4) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan yang diukur dengan metode BSQ ( Bank Service Quality ) pada PT Bank Central Asia Tbk KCU Wisma Millenia.
