Application of UGNX2 Software to Generalization, Serialization and Modularization

The generalization,serialization and modularization of design are very important to improve the generality,interchangeability and standardization of products and to enhance the product quality,reduce the cost and shorten the designing and producing cycle.The paper introduces the principle of building the standard parts library especially the methods of building parameterized standard parts library on the basis of UGNX2 platform.The paper also introduces how to analyse and restrict models,define designing variables,config and edit the parameterized driving table.At last,the paper introduces the principle,method and transferring of building components library.
