Indian food industry plays an a major in increasing the contribution to world food trade every year that is particular to food processing industry. India is sixth world largest for food and for grocery market and contributes 70% of its sales. India’s food processing industry occupies 32% of total market and it is been ranked fifth by considering terms that is manufacturing, consuming, expected growth and export. Cultivating is considered to be one of the primary steps in agriculture. They are various ways to cultivate crops that is through soil, without soil. Hydroponic farming is a kind of horticulture and also a part of hydroculture that is where crops are been cultivated without soil and considering mineral nutrients as the main component. So hence monitoring and detecting diseases for hydroponic farming is very important else this would lead to a great loss in terms of production, quality and also quantity.
