The objective was to describe gender equality in business administration during the COVID-19 pandemic in Ecuador The contributions of Llorente (2020) and Carvallo (2015), among others, were used The type of research was descriptive with a documentary design The instrument used was the category matrix The results indicated that gender equality will be affected by the pandemic In this way, it was concluded that due to the pandemic, women as a vulnerable group will be exceptionally affected within the business administration, both in the amount of work and in its quality
