Значение нарушений обмена тирозина в развитии врожденных опухолей

1991
The paper deals with the evaluation of qualitative indexes of urine excretion of tyrosin and its metabolites highly-carcinogenic p-hydroxyphenyllactic acid and homogentisic acid in 40 pregnant women, one of whose infants died or had some malignancies. We also studied the effect of ascorbic acid on tyrosin metabolism. It was shown that high doses of ascorbic acid can prevent of significantly decrease the excretion of carcinogenic metabolite of tyrosin p-hydroxyphenyllactic acid.
