Monolithically Integrated 1x32 Optical Splitter/Router Using Low Loss Ripple MZI-Based WDM Filter and Low Loss Y-Branch Circuit

We demonstrated a novel monolithically integrated 1x32 optical splitter/router with functions as an optical splitter for 1.31µm-band, 1.49µm-band and as a wavelength router for 1.55µm-band using a low loss ripple MZI-based WDM filter and a low loss Y-branch circuit.
